Welcome to 2020 fit fam! For those that don’t know, I gave birth to my first child in September of last year. He’s the best gift I could ever ask for and he takes my breath away every time I see his cute little smile π₯°.
With that being said, I wasn’t in the gym as much as I was before. To be completely honest, I just stopped going after a while. I was afraid of complications with my pregnancy and eventually just got lazy. The most physical activity came from going on walks and playing with the kids at my job, which to be fair takes a lot of energy.
I was cleared by my OB to start lifting again mid-November, but then the holidays were right around the corner, and I was going to enjoy myself. I started doing workouts here and there in December, but it wasn’t consistent. So, here I am starting over after having my little nugget. I want to bring you guys along with me this time, so you can help hold me accountable π€.
